Welcome to 2016!
After being gifted Peter Meehan's "101 East Asian Recipes," a wok, and a dumpling steam basket, I've decided to dust off Steak and a Clam and start food blogging again.
The last version of Steak and a Clam was on Tumblr. There I posted my weekly entries for the Subreddit, r/52WeeksofCooking. I even moderated the sub for over a year.
This year? I'm still on the fence on whether or not I'll be rejoining that community, but I will be aiming for weekly posts.
